GinTonica has a Basque-inspired tapas menu (£3-£15) alongside a list of 100 gins, served in enormous copa de balon glasses. I loved the Cantabrian anchovies, grilled prawns, braised pig cheeks and pan con lardo (pig fat on toast) – well, we had to soak up all that gin somehow. Head upstairs to Spanish-inspired GinTonica. Here, G&Ts are served in the traditional Copa De Balón (balloon goblet glass). The Distillery’s GinTonic Plus menu gives gin an upgrade with inventive garnishes, tinctures and bitters. The complementary tapas menu is put together by head chef Greg Lewis, of Pintura Kitchen & Bar. And the Spanish inspiration doesn’t stop there!
