Matching the Nobu hotels in Miami, Las Vegas and Manila are anything to go by, this restaurant is one of the swankiest spots in town. It's framed by glass doors, stylish furniture and beautiful doorways. Better still, the 240-cover restaurant is perfect for a special celebration; both roof terraces are available for hire and the private dining area for 18 people overlooks the open kitchen. London on the Inside Says…

Nobu Hotels’ first European site is opening in Shoreditch this June. From the angular exterior to the landscaped terraced garden to the luxurious 143 bedrooms, featuring walk-in rain showers and gold sinks, Nobu’s east-meets-west design is at the heart of the hotel. As well as a spa, wellness centre and Kaijo meeting space, the hotel is also home to a 240-cover Nobu restaurant, which will serve up a mix of Nobu classics and new plates inspired by the local area. And if you’re after something a bit more special, there’s a terrace that can be hired for outdoor entertaining, a chef’s table and a 10-seat sushi table, where you can watch the chefs at work. Bookings for rooms are now open and it’s sure to be one very popular spot.
