A neighbourhood restaurant - it takes over from an Italian, Osteria dell’ Arancio - that just happens to be Peruvian. The inspiration for the design by Dimitry Ukraintsev and Pachamama’s creative director Micaela Philippo is Chicama beach in northern Peru. You can almost hear the waves lapping on the shore as you sip a cocktail in your imaginary beach house, tastefully fitted out with salvaged wood, vintage mirrors, and shell pink tiles.
