    The cocktails are sophisticated but uncomplicated, with twists on classics and quirky ingredients...their food menu is high in sugar, pastry, and butter with bites from pastry chef Dorian Picard, who used to run the sugar show at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze. It’s slick, comfortable and all about the good times, especially on the weekend when mega DJs come in to spin rocking beats to help you burn off those puddings. Ooh la la.
