    Time Out Says…

    The wow-factor design takes industrial-cum-brasserie chic to a new level, using curved banquettes in gold and green to break up the space, and throwing in plenty of exposed ductwork, white tiles and metal grilles. The menu is pretty huge too, with influences from Britain, Italy, the States and beyond; there’s lots of fish, but also pork chops and ribeye (courtesy of the Josper grill) and the likes of oriental duck salad. It’s a fun place to eat, with friendly and focused staff, and mostly excellent cooking.

    Diners are given a surprisingly short wine list...It’s clearly well-thought out though, and each one is available by the glass or by the half-bottle carafe – which again seems perfectly suited to somewhere much less constrained...Cocktails seem popular, so the bar might be a good place in which to rounds things off, but if you’ve had enough booze they do a mean coffee too.

    World's Best Bars Says…

    The décor is cool and urban, and the whole place has a stylish New York vibe; there's a bar area framed by back-lit wine cabinets where people can perch with a cocktail - they do a mean daiquiri. The food is as good as you'd hope and while there's a raw bar and a scattering of salads on the menu, the real focus here is on meat, which they do very well indeed.
