The Churchill offers great cocktails and a sophisticated, laid-back atmosphere just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street...You won’t find pork scratchings or Bombay mix at The Churchill. But while this bar doesn’t hand out typical snacks, they do offer plenty of more unusual nibbles to go with your drinks - from tiny steak tartare to sophisticated Scotch eggs with perfectly cooked runny centres.
We say head straight outside to the terrace. Sure, it’s on a relatively busy road, but it’s not often you get mega heaters and blankets to keep you warm while you smoke your cigar (of course there’s a cigar bar, baby). Lewinski types will love it. Plus in winter there’s another section of the menu dedicated to hot cocktails. Try the Negus (it’s like a grown up mulled wine). What more could you possibly need?
The Churchill Bar and Terrace also has a great range of classic British cocktails (another nod to Winston), alongside high quality spirits and liquors, which will also be paired up with a 28-strong range of cigars. The Churchill Bar and Terrace looks like a great place to have an after-work tipple, or even impress a client and seal that deal.
