Craft Beer London Says...
You catch sight of the brewing equipment at this central London brewpub before you do the bar, which leaves you in little doubt as to which drink is in charge around here. A number of the beers brewed on site by the Essex Street Brewing Company - such as The Gavel, a marmalade-bitter American pale ale - are available on cask alongside the likes of Portobello, Redemption, (on keg) Camden, Wild Beer and Beavertown.
It's refreshing to find a micro brewery off the usual Eastern trail and in the City without compromising on quality, atmosphere or appeal. Temple Brew House is an intimate brewpub where you sink back with a pint, tuck into indulgent foods and relax with some mates and a few board games, if you so wish. And with a Brewster (that's a female Brewer to you and I) behind their house craft Temp-Ale, this is only a testament to how diverse, individual and home grown Temple Brew House's character is.
Temple Brew House, also home to the Essex Street Brewing Company, is a vibrant microbrewery and basement pub where you can enjoy popular beers as well as the venues own creations. Temple Brew House also boasts an impressive food menu including both light bites and main meals as well as desserts.
