    Now open just off Carnaby Street, this Peruvian temple of joy – which is the first permanent incarnation of a series of successful pop ups - is serving up pisco sours, Titicaca Fizz and 'Mancora Surfboard' shots alongside hearty Peruvian Cusqueña beers, latin funk, jazz and soul music, and food that pours from an expansive open kitchen adorned with overhanging shrubbery.

    Time Out Says…

    Dishes are equally vibrant. ‘Spaniard’ ceviche added just-cooked king prawns and crunchy chorizo to the sea bream in its tomato-laced citrus-chilli marinade (‘tiger’s milk’)...The music is upbeat, the staff almost improbably good-natured. Cocktails have plenty of Latin spirit. So, señor, muchas gracias! We’ll be back. Wouldn’t want you to get out of practice.

    After starting life as a pop-up, Señor Ceviche proved popular enough to put down bricks and mortar in Kingly Court. Its decor summons the spirit of downtown Lima while the tapas-style sharing plates - which arrive as they are cooked- are a relaxed way to enjoy the spicy side of Peruvian food. Be sure to order the jalea mixto with jalapeño tiger’s milk (tempura squid, prawns and fish in a mild spicy green sauce) and wash it down with either a frothy pisco sour or the non-alcholic Amazonian Elixir (elderflower cordial, apple juice, gomme syrup, lime juice and soda water, basil leaves).
