With the help of the UK's leading female Cognac expert, Michelle Brachet, we'll be exploring the complexities and food matching potential of Cognac and, of course, its use in cocktails. With the help of the chefs at Jason Atherton's Social Wine & Tapas you can expect excellent food and a chance to try across Frapin's award winning range of Cognac.

With dessert they will have the VIP One, a cocktail created by Marcus Spohr from Ellington Bar in Düsseldorf last year to mark the launch of their new decanter.
Following that they will finish the evening with Multimillésime N°6 1986 1988 1991 a very rare (and now sold out with us) Cognac awarded Best Cognac at the World Cognac Awards 2016.
