After several years cutting her teeth with Hawksmoor Spitalfields bar - World's best restaurant bar 2016 at Tales of the cocktails - Clotilde recently teamed up with chef Alex Jackson at new restaurant Sardine to design a bar focused on small-serve apéritifs; paying homage to French ingredients and sustainability.
For LCW2016, Clotilde has invited Camille Ralph Vidal aka "Madame Saint Germain" - St Germain Global Brand Ambassador - over from NYC to collaborate on this unique masterclass; learning about the art of apéritif.
Guests will learn all about the history of the aperitif in France, how serves were traditionally formulated and how the "apero" has once again come back into fashion.
All guests will get the chance to enjoy 4 aperitifs and 1 punch during the class, with a chance to go behind the bar and learn a few skills. Snacks will be provided by Alex Jackson from Sardine restaurant.
