Where to start?
First things first, purchase your £10 Festival Pass here! Do this the week before and you'll by-pass the queues. Don't worry though, if your mates aren't as organised they can buy a Festival Pass from one of our hubs during the week. They'll just have to queue why you're already enjoying a delicious cocktail.
Where do I collect my Festival Pass from?
This year you can collect your Festival Pass fromThe World Class House in Piccadillt or The Cocktail Village in Old Spitalfields Market. Please note, opening times do vary for each of our hubs. For more information please click on the links below:

What does my Festival Pass get me?
Your wristband is the key to the city! It entitles you to £5 bespoke cocktails in over 200 of the capital's best bars. Whether you’re after a room with a view, a hidden basement bar, a full-on party venue or one of London’s celebrated classic bars – we’ve got something to suit all tastes! We’ve mapped our participating bars into key areas in London. Check out our Cocktail Tours here.
We’ve also partnered with a further 45 venues that have put forward extra offers and discounts including scrumptiously paried Sip + Snacks. To see them all click here.
If that’s not enough to please you, we have an array of specially created events all over town happening throughout the week. Don’t worry if you’re not a cocktail aficionado, we’ve got events that introduce you to the world of mixology all the way to events specific for trade members. Whilst some events are free with a quick flash of your Fesitval Pass, others may require an additional ticket fee or booking reservation. View all events here.
What if my Festival Pass wristband is lost or damaged?
Please take care of your wristband at all times: only under special circumstances can they be replaced and only with proof of purchase. Wristbands are non-transferable and are personal to you. We suggest you seek help of another person when affixing the wristband. Once the wristband fastener clasp is locked in place, the wristband can only be removed by cutting it off. Do not fit the wristband so loosely that it can be slipped over your wrist. Once your wristband is fitted do not attempt to transfer it to another person as this will invalidate the wristband.
When is the Festival Pass valid?
Festival Passes are valid from Monday - Sunday during the usual operating hours of each participating venue. We impose no limit on the number of discounted drinks you are allowed to consume, although this will be at the discretion of the venue and we trust that you will drink responsibly. Our partnering venues reserve the right not to serve individuals who they believe to be intoxicated, so please drink responsibly, have some water and make sure you grab some dinner.
What if I'm the only one in my group with a Festival Pass?
Then you are clearly the brains of the operation. However, in order for your friends to also enjoy the wealth of deals and discounts our festivals provide then they each need to purchase one too. If the week has already started, pop by either of the hubs where you can come and purchase a Festival Pass and online sales do not stop until the festival is over.
But I can buy rounds?
If you are buying rounds at the bar then all members of your group must be wearing their Festival Pass wristband. If someone in your group is not wearing one they do not qualify for the special offer. Venues will charge full price to those not wearing a wristband.
Do I need a Festival Pass to book events?
No. Anyone can book to attend an event during each festival and no Festival Pass is necessary. However – the Festival Passes are really good value and often offer added value at ticketed events. They are also valid for the full seven days of each festival, so what’s not to like?
Can I collect Festival Passes on behlaf of my friends?
Yes you may but only if you have the consent of the person who originally purchased and if you have their booking reference either on your phone or printed out.
How should I plan my week?
Many events and activities during each festival will be ticketed, at a range of price points. We list our events by type (parties, tastings, masterclasses etc) and also by day – so it’s super easy to see what’s going on, and when. On top of these stand-alone events, our Tours run every day. These aren’t organised tours – so we encourage that you make your own plans and pop in and out of any of our partnering venues during their usual opening hours. We’ve split our list of bars into cohesive areas of London to encourage strolling between venues.
I'm new to London, what's the best way of getting around during the week?
The quickest way to get round London is the Underground. You can see a map online - www.tfl.gov.uk/maps/track/tube or can pick up a free map at any station. A weekly travel pass is available to buy from any underground station. This also allows you unlimited use of all underground train services in zones 1 & 2 and London buses. Many bus routes are 24-hour and night services often operate (though may take a slightly different route). Please check each individual bus stop for information. For ease there is an excellent journey planner available on www.tfl.gov.uk Also take a look at www.visitlondon.com for some general information about London. Just to state the obvious - London is a big city and it takes on average 40 minutes to get anywhere... even if it looks near. Please allow plenty of time to get to event venues to collect your tickets in advance of the start time.
