Sager + Wilde are delighted to announce this Summer’s last BBQ with Chase Lovecky, Head Chef at Michelin starred The Clove Club in Shoreditch.

Born in Maine, USA, Chase has spent time in the acclaimed kitchens of Jean Georges and Momofuku Ko in NYC, and helped open Momofuku Seiobo in Sydney alongside Ben Greeno. Honing his skills and experiences from some of the world’s top restaurants, Chase has developed his menu around the grill and seasonality with à la carte dishes.
