Craft London and Stevie Parle are teaming up with the award-winning boutique Scotch whisky maker Compass Box to celebrate Burns Night this year. It wouldn’t be Burns Night without haggis, neeps and tatties and Craft London’s menu is no exception.

Stevie and Head Chef Anna Cortez have created a bespoke four-course menu which includes a carefully chosen Scotch whisky – in a variety of servings – with each course, costing £48.00 per person. 

The evening will be kicking off with a selection of snacks, served with a whisky highball cocktail of the full and fruity Great King Street, followed by a Craft London take on a traditional smoked haddock broth with shaved cured egg yolk, accompanied by a soft Asyla serve.

The Craft London haggis is made using their incredible Yorkshire lamb and a fantastic blend of spice and grains. As well as the neeps and tatties smothered in Craft London cured butter, the haggis will be served with parsley, potatoes and a whisky sauce, not to mention a 70ml serve of the bold Spice Tree in a large wine glass.

Taking its name from a small village in Dumfries, an Ecclefechan tart with whisky cream and buttermilk ice cream will round off the meal with a fragrant and sweet whisky serve.

Stevie Parle will be there on the night to introduce each course, and Herman Van Broekhuizen, the Brand Ambassador for Compass Box, will be on hand to talk through the whiskies he has expertly chosen to be enjoyed.  Expect poetry readings, the traditional addressing of the haggis and much merriment.
