Executive Chef Gary Foulkes and the tastemakers at Seedlip have curated a three-course offering; the starter, main and dessert have all been thoughtfully paired with a complex Seedlip cocktail.
A starter of Raw Porthilly oysters with quince, toyko turnip, quince snow, for instance, will be paired with a Quince Collins, made from Seedlip Garden 108, Quince shrub and soda.
