To celebrate Burn's Night, Cub will be hosting a Scottish feast with a Lyan-esque twist.  Head Chef Doug McMaster has created a dedicated menu including a special haggis (and veggie friendly haggis for the non-meat eaters).  The menu will include cocktails created by Ryan Chetiyawardana using Glenmorangie Single Malts and the following dishes in various forms...

After your meal, head downstairs to Super Lyan where they will celebrating National Irish Coffee day. The team figured a Gaelic Coffee using some delicious Scotch would be more fitting. Using Head Lyaness Maja's legendary coffee skills, and a host of delicious drams, the bar will be serving a selection of 'Scotch coffees' all night.
