The team from NYC will be serving it’s world-famous Aperitivo offering consisting of a specially curated menu of 10 drinks, for the exclusive residency.

Aperitivo has traditionally been a custom associated with the beautiful climes of Italy, yet the team at Dante together with Quaglino’s Bar Manager Marco Sangian and Head Mixologist Federico Pasian have created the ultimate Aperitivo experience in London’s Mayfair, sponsored by Campari. This is a further extension of the Quaglino’s bar team’s commitment to Aperitivo - they are also launching the new Q Aperitivo Sessions in September with four specifically-designed serves that balance zingy bitters with sweet Mediterranean spirits and which perfectly encapsulate the hazy essence of late summer.
The dedicated serves from the Dante team will consist of a potent mixture of Dante’s ‘The Negroni Sessions’ and ‘The Martini Hour’ menus. From bitter to briny, tangy to tart, the beautiful serves are perfectly balanced and reflect the intrinsically easy-going nature of Aperitivo. Highlights from The Negroni Sessions include the Chocolate Negroni (fords, campari, cinzano 1757 rosso, crème de cacao, chocolate bitters, Valrhona) and the Unlikely Negroni (cabeza, campari, cinzano 1757 rosso, banana, coconut, pineapple shrub, thai chili, sesame oil). Martini lovers may enjoy the signature Dante Martini (fords, cinzano 1757 dry, saline, verjus, toasted fennel tincture, lemon bitters, pickled stuff, absinthe mist) and those who like them dirty are in for a treat with the new Olive 2018 (aylesbury duck vodka washed in olive oil, olive-infused cinzano dry, olive shrub, olive bitters, olive oil, house marinated olives)
