MasterChef finalists will be working their gastronomic magic as the Jam Shed Supper Club opens for winter next week at London’s Southbank Centre.
- St Paul’s Pavilion, Royal Festival Hall, Southbank, London, SE1 8XX
- 13/12/2018 to 15/12/2018
With views of the Thames, the dining experience is an exciting opportunity to taste creations from Dean Edwards, Sara Danesin, Stuart Archer, Jane Devonshire and Natalie Coleman.
The chefs will create a range of sharing dishes and small plates incorporating the fruit-filled flavours of Jam Shed into a variety of dishes including; slow cooked Jam Shed ox cheek, chorizo braised in Jam Shed and venison with Jam Shed jus.
Communal tables will offer an intimate dining experience and a selection of Jam Shed-inspired cocktails will be available including pre-dinner aperitifs on the heated outside terrace; perfect for a winter post-work or Christmas shopping tipple.
Guests will also be entertained by musicians who will be jamming throughout the evening.
In addition to having a great night out with friends and family, or a festive celebration with work colleagues, diners will be supporting The Springboard Charity, which brings disadvantaged and underprivileged people into sustainable employment within hospitality, leisure and tourism. The Springboard Charity trainees are working with contestants in both the kitchen and front of house, learning essential skills and helping you enjoy your night.
The five MasterChef finalists will each host a week to celebrate the festive season in their signature style ranging from British cuisine to festive Italian and an entirely gluten free week (20 – 24th November).
Limited tickets for the event will be sold on a first come first served basis.
