Iron Stag Bar celebrates its first Burns Night with banging Scotch drinks, mouth-watering food and an all round Scottish knees-up.
Cocktails include a clementine based wine fortified with Scotch and a hint of cherry, a modern interpretation of the classic Bobby Burns with an in-house created forced rhubarb vermouth and orange sugar and a Scotch highball with a fermented blackberry and white sesame soda.
Iron Stag stocks over 100 Scotch bottling's and the bars ethos revolves around striving toward zero waste and making whisky more accessible to those who may not be fond of it initially.
Chef and owner Adam Handling provides the food on the night with Haggis being served in Bon Bon form, their signature Cheese Doughnuts and a truly Scottish Battered Mars Bar available for dessert.
