NO IDEA is a new food concept created by Andrew Sutton. His vision has always been to create an at the counter dining experience where the lines between sweet and savoury are blurred. Each course is inspired by the ideologies of pastry and paired with a drink that not only compliments well, but is a crucial addition to the experiences  

He's created a 5 course tasting menu inspired by their slogan 'fine dining through the eyes of a pastry chef' and found 5 incredible bartenders to create a pairing for one of the courses. They will be there in person to share their stories and inspirations on how they got to where they are and what continues to drive them forward. There will also be a mini masterclass by Jack Wareing from Porters Gin. 

There are two sessions planned for both evenings, being held at TT Liquor in Shoreditch: 

18:00 session:
Porters Gin masterclass / 5 cocktails / 5 snacks based off the tasting menu

20:00 session:
Porters Gin masterclass / 5 course tasting menu + 5 cocktail pairings
