Adam Byatt of Michelin starred Trinity has teamed up with Famille Perrin UK to showcase the fabulous wines of Château de Beaucastel in a vintage wine and boar pairing dinner at Trinity Upstairs.

Andrew Bayley - the General Manager of Famille Perrin UK  - together with Richard Household of Brompton Wine, will introduce guests to the range of wines produced in the Rhône valley, and share their love and knowledge of the estate.

Adam Byatt has been hankering to host a wine dinner to showcase these fantastic wines since he visited the Château de Beaucastel, early last year.

Mark Leatham of Lyons Hill Farm in Dorset, is supplying a whole Iron Age Pig - a cross between a wild Boar and a Tamworth sow and Adam Byatt has put together a fabulous 6-course boar menu which will complement and enhance each of the unique vintage wines.
