Franklin & Sons are inviting you to a one-off event created by two members of their Taste Collective; Rosie Birkett, celebrated food writer, influencer and broadcaster and Sophie Michell, the UK’s youngest female executive chef.
Themed around conscious eating and living, the Seasonal Summer Supper Club will consist of a four-course menu created by Sophie and served in a dining room beautifully styled by Rosie. Inspired by Franklin & Sons fresh British flavours and heritage, the menu will reflect their ethos of sourcing the finest ingredients and using local fruit, roots and herbs in order to support British Agriculture. Sophie’s delectable dishes will not only showcase her skills and creativity as a chef, but also provide guests with new ideas to try at home. Each dish will be paired with a matching cocktail created by the Franklin & Sons team to complement and delight.
The Supper Club aims to encourage more people to discover the very latest trends in dining and drinking, but more importantly understand how they can access and even replicate them at home.
