Get lost in the Rockwell as Franklin & Sons pops-up with their Flavour Discovery Maze this London Cocktail Week... an immersive experience to discover everything from flavour profile to the perfect G&T garnish.
Explore each zone to create your perfect £6 cocktail;
Zone 1: Choosing a flavoured tonic through a blind smell test.
Zone 2: A garnish foraging garden where walls are planted with herbs and pots of garnishes. Participants pick a garnish or two that will compliment their choice of tonic.
Zone 3: The Gin Library. Participants take a token from the shelf of their gin of choice, which they redeem at the bar.
Zone 4: Bartenders help people assemble their perfect, personalised G&T serve.
