Bombay Sapphire will stir creativity at this year’s Frieze London with a new collection of AI art developed in partnership with leading artist and designer Yinka Ilori.

If you're heading to Frieze London this London Cocktail Week then make sure you check out the Bombay Sapphire's onsite gin lounge! They'll be displaying some new works that highlight the artistic possibilities discovered by bringing together human creativity and cutting-edge technology, developed in partnership with Yinka Ilori.
Yinka explores a completely new medium through the collaboration, having fed his distinctive visuals into an intelligent algorithm designed for Bombay Sapphire. The end result is a series of striking new works that truly embody Yinka’s characteristic style.
The lounge will offer five Bombay Sapphire guest serves created in partnership with London’s top bartenders, demonstrating the creative potential within every drop of Bombay Sapphire. Photography of these guest serves, alongside striking Bombay Sapphire imagery, was input into the algorithm alongside Yinka’s work making this a truly collaborative project between artist and brand.

Oriole, Silk Route – Ali Ali was inspired by Bombay Sapphire’s gin and the journey of sourcing the botanicals that go into the liquid giving it it’s unique taste.
Artesian, Red – Starting with the structure of a G&T, Giulia Cuccurullo explored flavour and colour perceptions to create a cocktail with an element of surprise.
China Tang’s light and floral, Tang Tea Punch. China Tang is know for its tea and cocktails so bartender Leo Surovec has combined the two. The taste and presentation of the cocktail evokes 1930’s Shanghai with its Art Deco and lavish lifestyle.
Kwānt, SHIRA UME (white plum in Japanese) - Jumpei Yamomoto’s personal take on a G&T with simple yet complex flavours designed to enhance the taste of the gin.
Satan's Whiskers, Dark Americano – Eric Tinca’s refreshing and light cold brew coffee cocktail, perfect for those warmer days.
