Corazón in Soho will be hosting a three-course paired Cointreau Margarita menu throughout the week leading up to and on National Margarita Day.
Created by Head Chef Paul Daniel, you can tuck into a perfectly paired three course menu featuring... a delicious Blood Orange & Mexican Avocado Tostada, drizzled with a Cointreau dressing and paired with a Rosé Champagne Margarita, made with Cointreau, Blanco Tequila, Campari, Fresh Lime Juice, and Rose Champagne Syrup.
Slow Roast Duck Barbacoa Tacos with Duck Skin ‘Chicharron’, and Cointreau Salsa Borracha paired with a Spicy Carrot Margarita infused with Cointreau, Reposado Tequila, House Made Spicy Carrot Juice, Fresh Lime, and Agave.
Before finishing off with a Toasted Coconut Tres Leches, paired with a Orange Marmalade Margarita, made with Cointreau, Anejo/Reposado Tequila Blend, Marmalade, Orgeat, and Fresh Lime Juice.
This laidback yet lively taqueria - with a little help from the in-house tortilla machine - plates up hearty, honest cooking where flavour and fun take priority, making it fiesta fit for Margarita herself.
