For Gin Lovers:

Can we get a cheer for juniper? If, like us, you think two parts gin to one part tonic is completely acceptable then you’ve got your work cut out for you at the Cocktail Village with these SEVEN epic pop-ups. It’s not called a gin renaissance for nothing.

Bombay Sapphire is asking everyone to jump onboard as they travel the world by train. By teaming up with iconic London bar Cahoots, the pop-up will be serving a global list of cocktails such as the delicious The Captain Meets A Tropical Stranger made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Limoncello, Grains of Paradise, pomegranate, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Bringing a Scottish presence to the Village, Caorunn is celebrating their unique botanicals and pairing perfect flavours while Fever Tree is building their ultimate Gin & Tonic bar.

Get experimental with London-based Sipsmith as they try out their new inventions from the famed distillery lab and don’t forget to twist things up with Ableforth's Bathtub Gin who are showcasing delicious cocktails from four London bars. Porter’s Gin is proving its green thumb by shaking up botany-inspired drinks with award winning Dandelyan while Martin Miller’s Gin is showcasing its best kept secret - Westbourne Strength. If you like your drinks punchy this is a gin made especially for you.

For Vodka Lovers:

With a truly diverse range of vodka pop-ups, there’s never been so much choice in the category at LCW. Visit Grey Goose to experience continental café culture and get a taste of French bistro drinks such as the Citron Spritz with Grey Goose Le Citron, El Muro dry white wine, peach puree, lemon bitters and soda. Like your drinks with a subtle kick? Make for Arbikie’s pop-up where you can taste chipotle vodka and signature cocktails.

You’ll have to discover the Reyka Wild Garden where, hidden among the leaves, you can indulge in cocktails and adults-only ice cream. Need a refresher? Belvedere vodka are celebrating all things natural and serving deliciously refreshing long drinks made from all natural ingredients. That’s your night on vodka sorted!

For Beer Lovers:
While we certainly celebrate all things mixed, that doesn’t mean LCW forgets about tatsy beer! And in fact we’re not above mixing it as well. Beertail anyone? Over at the Auchentoshan you can experience the Glaswegian Auchentoshan & Ale and for an Italian take on beers and cocktails make a beeline for The House of Peroni where you can enjoy drinks inspired by ingredients and the area surrounding Venice.

For Rum Lovers:

Bringing an extra slice of sunshine to the market, our rum pop-ups will plaster a huge smile on anyone partial to the sugarcane liquor. Bacardi have teamed up with the Rum Kitchen to recreate a taste of Miami in the Village, complete with watermelon cocktails and Caribbean colours. Once you’ve finished in Miami, head to the seas on Captain Morgan’s ship, exotic drink in hand. Perfect for your instagram.

For Tequila Lovers:

Tequila is loved across the globe and this LCW Patron are flying in bartenders from around world to showcase delicious tequila cocktails. Expect drinks from London, Mexico City, Singapore, Paris, Munich, Miami and San Juan – and don’t forget to ask your bartender just where they’re from. 

El Cartel is another must-visit for agave-worshippers. The team are coming down from Edinburgh, bringing home-made, authentic and fresh Mexican street food to the market, with an extensive range of tequilas, mezcals, cocktails and frozen Margaritas. They love tacos, tequila and hip hop. And so do we. 

If You Don’t Discriminate Your Spirits:

The one stop shop for free-love drinkers it the fantastic CASK pop-up who will be showcasing their entire range of spirits, liqueurs and Hobo beer and cyder.

For Foodies:

As much as we love our cocktails, we couldn’t enjoy them without tasty snacks to keep us going. 100 Spitalfields is the pop-up from the teams behind 100 Hoxton and 100 Islington (see what they’ve done there) and they’ll have a chef on hand daily to whip up signature dishes from their menus. That tequila and mezcal pop-up – El Cartel – we were waxing lyrical about for agave-lovers is also pumping out home-made, authentic and fresh Mexican street food.

Jim Beam has joined forces with Bodean's BBQ and selling what is hands down the best BBQ sandwiches in town. Smell that tantalising smoke? You’re in the right place. For a true British treat go no further than Dewar’s Scotch Egg Club and drool over this perfect bar snack before checking out the egg’s origin at The Southern Comfort Chicken Shop which is cooking its poultry inspired by America’s deep south.

For Coffee Lovers:

In need of a pick-me-up? Tia Maria is your kind of place – these will be coffee cocktails like you’ve never tasted before.

If You Want Something Extra Quirky:

Boozy ice cream should get your LCW started nicely – taste Cheers Alcoholic Ice Cream to indulge in two of life's little luxuries blended together to create sumptuous alcoholic ice cream. An ice block of aperol in prosecco for your Spritz or a Cherry Coke Old Fashioned? See 100 Spitalfields. Know what Wermut is? Swing by Belsazar’s Berlin Aperitif Haus to try this liquor which has been crafted in the Black Forest and made with bio-dynamic wines and sunshine - an experience that's refreshingly different.

Experience a  Japanese drinking den with Shochu at ROKA, and discover deep-fried whisky (we know, how does this even work?!?) at Monkey Shoulder’s Ultimate Pop-Up Bar. 

If You Want To Instagram:

Winter lovers across the world will be loving your picture of the NEW Baileys Pumpkin Spice. Baileys have teamed up with Freakshake extraordinaire Molly Bakes to create a real show-stopper. Now you just need to get that angle right... And speaking of, a selfie in a Japanese drinking den is going to be way more exotic than anything your friends do next week.

Cointreau are helping up our amount of followers with their bottle-shaped mobile bar from 1904, the Cointreau Kiosk, serving up fresh and delicious Cointreau Fizz cocktails and we’re dying to take a snap next to the cutest pop-up in the Village – the Tour De Bar Cocktail Tricyle. Bonus, it’ll be shaking up tasty rum cocktails all week. 

If You Really Love London:

Our epic city is being represented by some fabulous pop-ups this LCW including Drink London who championing the distillers, producers and brewers of London with 100% London-sourced cocktails. Funkin are bringing a taste of Camden Market to the Village using pureés and syrups on hand to create delicious cocktails. And what’s more iconic of London than to have our very own cab, courtesy of Spartans CocktailTaxi who’ll serving drinks from their unique and retro camper van.

Visit London’s Best Bars:

We’re bringing some of London’s best bars to village so you can visit them all under one roof! Start at the DrinkUp.London bar where the eight featured cocktails are being made to the exact recipes of Callooh Callay, Happiness Forgets, Sexy Fish, The Beaufort Bar, The Blue Bar, Three Sheets, Artesian and The Blind Pig. You don’t get a much stronger line up anywhere! Over at the Porter’s Gin pop-up  Dandelyan will be showing off some of their botany-inspired cocktails and there’s an entire Little Bat bar bringing its drinks down from Islington.
