The Long Tabel Banquets - luxurious, large-scale communal dining. The tradition of banqueting is as old as the hills and Wilderness recreate the grand experience in their beautiful canvas banqueting hall. Join a table for one of the convivial feasts. Sit elbow to elbow in your finery and share fine wines and delectable platters created by the headline chefs. Each day a different chef is at the helm. Lunch is a four course affair and dinner is five courses – both served with wine. You'll be delighted by Peruvian maverick Virgilio Martinez, spring innovator Skye Gyngell and returning Michelin-starred hero – French virtuosoRaymond Blanc.

Noble Rot - At Wilderness this year, you can find the Noble Rot team serving a very special festival wine list from their own bar to be found nestled between the Dining Room and Banqueting Hall.
