Nalle Zinfandel 2012, Sonoma County, USA £36. In most restaurants you'd be paying another tenner at least for this wine, but owner of 10, Luke Wilson believes in delivering top wines at reasonable prices. And this lush, juicy blockbuster of a Zin from one of California's top producers, Doug Nalle, is a perfect example and a great one to enjoy with the Brecon Lamb they often have on their delicious menu. Also, if you do pop in, ask Luke what's in his little black book. That's where he keeps an ever changing list of rare wines that are similarly great value but which he has only the odd bottle of. Great value, great fun.
