London's bars are getting into the festive season with these Christmas drinks - from winter warmers to noël-themed refreshers.

Grinches avert your eyes, the following cocktails are full of festive cheer, Christmas greetings and plentiful holiday spirit - boozy and otherwise. We've trawled through the bars of London seeking out the best Christmas cocktails 2015 has to offer and we loved the following, from classic Egg Nogs to a drink served on a tree decoration. 

Blixen - Hot Spiced Apple Punch 


Hot Spiced Apple Punch with Welsh cider, cinnamon spice mix and calvados.

Duck & Waffle - Three Wise Men


Three Wise Men with Cognac, salted caramel, truffled cacao, hay infusion, distilled frankincense & myrrh and served with 24c gold leaf.

Callooh Callay - Egg Nog


Egg Nog made with Jamesons Select whiskey, Hennessy Fine de Cognac, cinnamon infused demerara, creme de banane, cream, egg, Angostura bitters and chocolate bitters.

Punch Room - Dickins Hot Punch


As the menu says - "In the desperate words of young Ollie, “Please sir, I want some more” is a phrase we’ll gladly indulge when it comes to this hot serve. With wholly warming elements like Cognac, Earl Grey and cinnamon, you’ll find this punch is far more palatable than grey slop." Made with Smith and Cross Rum, Hennessy fin de Cognac, Kamm & Sons, Earl Grey tea, lemon juice and orange and grapefruit & lemon oleum sacchurum.

Dandelyan - Forest Fizz


Forest Fizz is a bottled cocktail that serves four to six people and is made with pine-infused Hendrick's gin, citric solution, Champagne syrup, pommeau and soda.

Hawksmoor Spitalfields - Simon & His Little Helpers


Fords gin, rhubarb and rosehip cordial, picon, sugar and Grand Yunnan cold brew tea.

Aqua Shard - Vivian Westwood


Vivian Westwood made with Jonny Walker Blue Label, chestnut liquor, rhubarb liquor, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, egg white and dark chocolate.

Duck & Waffle - Winter Spiced Champagne Cocktail


Winter Spiced Champagne Cocktail with seasonal spices, citrus peel, distilled mince pie and Champagne.

MASH - MASH mulled wine 


MASH mulled wine is built on a base of Grace Bridge Pinot Noir and uses cloves, cinnamon, star anise, nutmeg, orange peel, cassis, honey, and a healthy drop of Woodford Reserve bourbon. 

Blind Pig - Corpse Re-Cider


Corpse Re-Cider - a hot drink made with Regal Rogue red, Pere Magloire Calvados, cider, sugar, spice and all things nice.

Zetter Townhouse Marylebone - Seymour’s Porter


Seymour’s Porter with Porter, Cognac, ginger, cocoa nibs, liquorice and whole egg.

Mr Fogg’s Residence Hendrick’s Winter Botanical Garden - Mr Fogg’s Ice Breaker and Gindeavors for the Winter Weather


Served at the Hendrick's winter pop-up within Mr Fogg's Residence are two warm teapot sharers. The first is Mr Fogg’s Ice Breaker made with Hendrick’s gin, Isake Classic sake, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, apple cider, fresh lemon juice, honey and pear puree. The second is Gindeavors for the Winter Weather made with Hendrick’s gin infused with English Breakfast tea, home-made spice syrup, Briottet Bergamotte liqueur, Cocchi Barolo Chinato fortified wine, apple juice, fresh lemon juice, honey red dates and tea marmalade.

Duck & Waffle - Milkybar Snowball


Milkybar Snowball with Milkybar advocaat, vodka, distilled lemon and fizz.

68 & Boston - Hennessy Crusta


Hennessy Crusta made with Hennessy Fine de Cognac, Peychaud's bitters, lemon juice, Maraschino cherry Luxardo and orange liqueur.

Poco - Pumpkin Pie Cocktail


Pumpkin Pie cocktaila White Russian twist with cinnamom, nutmeg and cream.
